**The opportunity**

Tempest Jones are currently working with a leading Chartered National Wealth Management Practice assisting them in the Northeast on their recruitment campaign for Trainee Financial Advisers.

This reputable practice has a national presence, is continuing to grow and prides itself on a very client-centric and professional approach.

Provided you have the Level 4 Diploma in financial planning and either paraplanning or client facing experience within a financial services or other professional services environment, you will be given full training on systems and the advice process in ahighly structured and very supportive environment.

Once trained up, duties will include:

- Building rapport and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients remotely, over the telephone and via Zoom/Teams as appropriate.
- Providing advice to both new and existing clients on pensions and retirement planning, protection and investment management.
- Ensuring you support clients to meet their financial objectives.
- Remaining compliant and up to date with company policy.
- Reviewing clients' portfolios annually in line with their changing risk attitudes, wants and needs.
