To provide a comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Childrens Specialist Services to enable them to meet client needs and undertake their role.This post will involve supporting all of Children's Specialist Services and include dedicated administrative support for Community Paediatrics and the Children's Hearing service.To provide administration support across all services and centres. Main point of contact for clinical staff and the wider team, providing cross-cover to the CSS Administration Team, to maintain the smooth running of services in periods of absence eg. Annual Leave.To undertake a wide range of secretarial and administrative tasks, including having personal responsibility for a number of specific tasks and for a given service for which they are responsible, providing cross cover for tasks/responsibilities for any service should the need arise. Whilst it is not a legal requirement, Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust encourages and supports all staff to be vaccinated as this remains the best line of defence against COVID-19.
