**Food and Beverage Supervisor**

**Evenings and weekends required**

**EXPECTATION**:

- Satisfies guests and team requests in a timely and professional manner enabling the delivery of the brand experience
- Exercise of leadership through fairness and respect and the demonstration of personal support of management directives
- Responsible for their own and their team guest service, revenue generation and cash within instructed area of responsibility
- Responsible for the day to day performance of F&B team members
- Report and support team to report maintenance issues (using hotel service optimisation / property tool)
- Effective mentoring and training of the staff guided by the F&B Operations and F&B leadership so as to achieve and maintain quality brand standards through the execution of departmental trainings
- Leadership of team through excellent organizational skills and practices in line with effective time management
- Adheres to all legal rules, regulations and guidelines of the hotel
- Expected to step up to cover sickness or holidays of F&B management to fulfil wider duties on an ad hoc basis

**SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE**:

- Must have at least two years experience within a food and beverage service role
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- COSHH, Manual Handling and Risk Assessment training
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent organisational skills and level of literacy and numeracy
- Good team player
- Ability to work under pressure
- Positive attitude
- Experience leading small teams is a plus

Pay: £12.43 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
