This is a key role within the office as it plays a vital part promoting the Company internally and externally. Our client is looking for someone who is proactive in developing the role. You will also be responsible for taking an active part in Supporting all departments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organise meetings for Management
- Answer phones and take messages to pass on
- Greet visitors and clients
- Produce invoices using Sage
- Maintain & update diaries & logs
- Scan, Archive and update documents
- Manage travel arrangements and training appointments for engineers

Skills & Experience:

- 5 GCSE's A-C including Maths & English
- minimum 2 years in a similar role
- Good understanding & use of MS Office packages
- Database experience (desirable)
- Great communication skills, verbal & written
- Good organisational skills
- High levels of time management
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
