Support Through Sport CIC are seeking a highly motivated, positive and dedicated community multi-skills coach to join or rapidly growing organisation working across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire to provide boxing sessions to young people within disadvantaged and underserved communities. Support Through Sport CIC delivers a range of sports sessions, mentoring programmes, workshops, activities and youth development projects across the city and county and are looking for an energetic and passionate multi-skills coach to support our project delivery.

We use these positive initiatives as diversion and intervention programmes to support young people whilst tackling negative influences such as knife crime, gang violence, youth offending and serious youth violence. We are proud to lead an organisation as young people, for young people, to battle tirelessly for the hearts and minds of our younger generations, to implement real change for generations to come.

This role includes:

- Delivering numerous sports programmes across the city and county to young people aged 8-18 within disadvantaged communities where young people face multiple barriers to participation.
- Attending community events - locally, regionally and nationally - to represent the organisation and it's core aims and objectives.
- Promotion of our work to young people and the wider public - including social media, physical promotion and community outreach.
- Mentoring young people in a community setting to support their development and to divert them from negative influences.
- Acting as a community role model, representing the organisation professionally, proactively and positively.

Support Through Sport will provide further development training to all staff members within the organisation. This includes, but is not limited to: accreditations, FA coaching qualifications, ABA boxing certifications, NYA youth work training, Equality, diversity and inclusion training and more.

**Job Type**: Part-time (12-15hrs)

**Salary**: From £10.00 per hour
