**Job Title: Cleaner (Temp to Perm)**

**Location**: County Durham, DL14

**Position Type**: Temporary with potential for Permanent

**Salary**: £12 per hour

Shift: Monday to Friday 5pm to 7pm

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform cleaning duties as per the provided schedule, ensuring all areas are cleaned efficiently and to a high standard.
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, floors, and fixtures in accordance with established cleaning procedures.
- Empty bins, replace liners, and dispose of waste materials in designated areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or health and safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies while carrying out cleaning tasks.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition, reporting any shortages or defects to the supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar cleaning role.
- Possession of a valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certificate.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleaning tasks.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within specified timeframes.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Flexibility to work the specified hours/days as outlined in the job description.
