Our current pay rate is **£10.80** an hour standard weekday to **£12.80** an hour weekend rate and mileage is **30p a mile** We cover in and around Cheltenham

You will become part of our incredible and amazing team here, helping us deliver emotional and practical care to vulnerable adults and transforming their lives on a daily basis.
Our Home Care Assistants visit the homes of elderly, disabled and other vulnerable adults to provide a range of care services which enable them to receive **_the care they need, in the home they _**_love._**

In return, we’ll support you every step of the way, providing training as well as the opportunity to progress your career.
The hours are flexible, which means you’re able to fit the role in around other commitments including childcare or studying.
We have early starts, late finishes and some weekend working - **we don't want you to work every weekend, but would need you to be available some.**

You **don’t need previous experience** to become a Home Care Assistant as we provide full training.
- Able to access a vehicle will be important to visit our clients - **normally minimum of hour call per client**
