We are currently recruiting for a Sheffield based organisation who is looking for a general office administrator.

The role will be varied depending on the work load and looking for someone who is flexible to adapt to peaks and troughs within the business.

The role will be based working from home although ideally looking for someone local enough to be able to travel on occasion to Sheffield for team meetings/briefings etc.

**Duties**:

- Putting together quotes, sending and follow up
- Assisting with tender documentation and preparation
- Maintain company CRM (capsule)
- Updating companies policies
- General administrative duties required by the sales and service team

Skills/experience:

- Numerate, literate and accurate
- Ability to work unsupervised in a home location
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Organised and systematic
- Flexibility

This is an excellent opportunity. The role will be employed on an ongoing temporary basis. Laptop and travel expenses when required provided.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 12-15 per week

**Salary**: £10.50-£11.00 per hour
