Our Food and Beverage team at Macdonald Hill Valley Hotel, Golf & Spa play a vital role in the day to day running of our resort, dealing with all guest queries and requests relating to food and beverage, offering assistance with menu choices. A customer facing role means being on show - so smart appearance is important along with a warm welcoming smile as you make our guests feel comfortable and relaxed. At Macdonald Hotels, our people are the key to the companies success and our guests' satisfaction. As well as being confident and approachable, commitment, enthusiasm and energy are essential along with excellent communication skills which will enable you to interact with guests, interpret and act on their needs and liaise with others in your team.

Our Food and Beverage team members are hardworking individuals who can work on their own initiative and are key players in the guest service team. We are looking for someone who is extremely guest centric and this role is ideal for those who have experience of working in customer facing positions within the hospitality sector. However, we are able to provide training for individuals with quality customer service experience, who are able to display a willingness to learn and a commitment to helping us to deliver our core standards and provide our guests with a great experience every time.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £4.62-£8.91 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
