An opportunity to join Waystone’s UK Compliance function as Compliance Officer (SMF 16) and MLRO (SMF 17) for a MiFID/exempt-CAD firm.

**The role**

You will support the Compliance Director on day-to-day compliance matters including the implementation and ongoing development of the Firm’s end-to-end compliance monitoring framework.

You will be integral to the development of the second line of defence, working directly with the Compliance Director and gain exposure to all areas of the business and senior management team. The UK team are part of the wider European Compliance team and you will have the support of colleagues in Dublin and Luxembourg.

Our UK business is growing rapidly (through organic growth and acquisition), and you will play a key role in supporting the senior management team in the UK and Europe.
