With its head office based in Doncaster, and operations in Cardiff and Tilbury Docks, McGregor Logistics operates a large and diverse fleet enabling us to provide a reliable and consistent service to our customers.

We now have a vacancy for a Warehouse Administrator to join our friendly team based at our G-Park, Armthorpe, Doncaster site.

**Role Requirements**
- Previous warehouse administration experience, preferably within logistics or general haulage
- Willing to be flexible with a can-do attitude
- Good understanding of how warehousing works
- Effective communication skills with a professional approach
- Excellent administration skills
- Good numeracy skills
- High Attention to detail
- Organised, able to prioritise and multi-task
- IT literate, competent in Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Team player, self-motivated, and confident
- 1 Years experience of experience preferably within a Distribution Operation

**To ensure Compliance with all Legislative and Company standards by**:

- Managing the yard movements, recording vehicle registrations, trailer numbers, loaded or empty status.
- Manage warehouse stock movements ensuring stock levels remain correct at all times
- Manage warehouse invoicing ensuring all customer charges are correct
- Booking deliveries in & out (Internal & External Bookings)
- Dealing with inbound calls and customer queries
- Setting up customer delivery and collections appointments
- General warehouse administration and office duties

**Hours**
- Days of work Monday to Friday,
- Hours 09:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday,
- Occasional Saturdays may be required.
- Flexibility required to meet business needs

**Benefits**
- Salary dependant on experience
- Overtime paid for Saturdays worked

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 45 per week
