As Restaurant Duty Manager you will provide direction and support to the restaurant team ensuring excellent customer service levels are maintained at all times. You will work with the General Manager,, to maximise revenue, manage costs and maintain high levels of cleanliness throughout during operational hours Monday - Sunday 11.00am - 10.00pm.

We believe in work life balance. This is a full-time position, and you will be expected to work approximately 40 hour per week, (over five shifts including weekends ). As reward you can expect a competitive salary of £23,000 - £25,000 paid fortnightly. We also provide a performance bonus structure, free pizza on shift and a company discount 20% off food in various outlets including Bullitt Hotel, Little Wing Pizzeria, The National and The Cloth Ear.

**Essential Criteria**
- 1 years’ experience in a Customer facing role
- Proven track record of organisational skills
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Passionate about the industry and delivering the best pizza
- Customer focus

**Desirable Criteria**:

- 1 years supervisor experience in a similar (busy table service) restaurant
- NVQ Level 3 in Hospitality Supervisor or Leadership (or similar)
