It is an exciting position for you to extend your **leadership in care** and **training/presenting **skills. You will primarily be training managers and proprietors on governance and leadership topics. There is also a coaching element to the role which involves supporting managers with staff development and career progression.

- Support providers who require tailored solutions to training staff
- Plan and deliver manager forums.
- Work with the team to ensure all training is planned, booked, communicated and recorded efficiently.
- Work with the Quality Team to ensure all courses are (where appropriate) mapped to qualifications and standards
**Am I the right person for the Senior Care Leadership Trainer position?**
If you share our vision and values and have a passion for improving the quality of care, then this could be the role for you. Strong care management experience is required so that you will be credible when delivering training to other care managers.

- Previous experience of training/mentoring within a health and social care setting, delivering training to managers.
- Experience in working at leadership level in adult social care and developing staff career progression through coaching

- Be excellent at autonomous research and have proven leadership experience.
- Adaptable: training may be within the HCPA training centre and may also be courses that need to be delivered at a client’s site or alternative venues.
- We hire on skills and attitude, not on previously acquired qualifications, so if you think you could be the right person for this role, please apply.
