They are one of the largest providers of these types of service in the UK, employing around 8,000 staff who work from over 150 sites, including community hospitals, health centres, inpatient units, and social care services. **What you'll be responsible for**: - Provision of a comprehensive secretarial and administrative service to Consultant Psychiatrist(s), Psychologist(s), OT(s) and all other members of the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT). - Accurate transcription (either by direct dictation, audio or copying typing) of confidential correspondence; reports, discharge summaries, forms, minutes and any other correspondence within agreed and acceptable timescales - Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence, telephone calls and enquiries in an appropriate manner as relevant. Making and receiving telephone calls, both internally and externally, ensuring all messages are taken and relayed accurately to the appropriatemember of the MDT Team. - Daily contact with members of the MDT Team, liaising as appropriate and ensuring accurate information is passed on to the relevant clinical staff.
