As a Barclays Global Client Account Master Data Management (CAMDM) Lead - Reference Data Service, your role is a key role in achieving best in class Service for our Service Recipients. The team is central to Reference Data Operations and drives excellence through high-risk regional production activities, stakeholder management, execution of key controls, management of internal and external audits and coordinating quarterly and annual control & CASS attestation. You will be responsible for the CAMDM Service Partnership function globally.

**Hybrid Working**
We are currently operating in a hybrid working environment, meaning that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. Please discuss the detail of the working pattern options for the role with the hiring manager.

**What will you be doing?**:

- You will be the global lead for the CAMDM Service Partnership function
- Developing and managing direct reports and succession planning
- Implementing strong stakeholder relations by managing stakeholder forums and driving forward improvements
- Managing all internal and external audit activities such as CASS, BIA, RCSA
- Driving forward the reduction of escalations/Risk Events through lessons learned and deep dive initiatives
- Handling non-standard issues as they arise

**What we’re looking for**:

- You can assuredly demonstrate Leadership skills
- You have a broad understanding of Operational Risk and Control guidelines and practices
- Proven previous experience in managing multiple initiatives’ globally
- Experienced in managing Stakeholders in a cross-domain environment

**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- You have a broad understanding of the trade lifecycle across all asset classes
- Proven previous experience managing high profile regulatory audits and internal control assessments
- Have broad experience in an Operational environment
- You can demonstrate strong analytical skills
