We are delighted to be seeking a Helpdesk Administrator to join our innovative and reputable client as they add to their growing Support Team. As the Helpdesk Administrator you will enjoy:

As the Helpdesk Administrator your responsibilities will include:

- To create work orders, purchase orders and manage vendor price lists
- Co-ordination of engineer’s workload and priorities
- Raising purchase orders, maintaining stock and ordering parts for the service team
- Updating and creating warranties and assets within the support system.
- Processing warranty sales orders
- Scheduling training courses for clients
- Scheduling onsite engineering requests and ensuring that all documentation is tracked from site visits

To succeed as the Helpdesk Administrator you will have:

- Good understanding of Microsoft office, i.e Word, Excel and Outlook
- A keen eye for detail
- Friendly customer centric approach
- Some experience of working towards KPI targets
- Ability and willingness to learn new skills as the business grows
- Great customer service skills
- Good communication skills
