The Sustainability Team is responsible for leading and executing Lloyd’s (Corporation and market) sustainability strategy globally. This includes driving Lloyd’s climate action commitments and global community engagement, together with guiding the markettowards sustainable underwriting and investment approaches through the establishment of a transparency and disclosure regime. The Sustainability Team is also responsible for meeting evolving ESG regulatory requirements, together with driving the strategy anddelivery of Futureset’s ambitions and action leadership activities globally. This includes promoting the development of new products and services to underpin the green industrial revolution, as well as taking a leading role in advocating for net zero and thegreen industrial revolution within our sector and wider financial services.

**The Role**

To lead ESG Corporation Reporting, both externally (e.g. Lloyd’s ESG Report) and internally (e.g. ESG Dashboard) and drive momentum in Lloyd’s reporting its progress against our ESG ambitions.

**Responsibilities**

**Corporation Reporting**
- Lead the production of key ESG reports for the Corporation, including ClimateWise, UN Global Compact and TCFD reports
- Identify new reporting initiatives for the Corporation which align to our wider ESG ambitions
- Support the Corporation in implementing improvements in capturing ESG data both internally and across the market
- Feed into key Corporation reports with ESG analysis where required, such as the Lloyd’s Annual Report or the Lloyd’s ESG Report

**Sustainability Analytics**
- Support the calculation and communication of key sustainability metrics to the Corporation, including monitoring and tracking of these over time
- Design and develop sustainability dashboards to provide regular updates against Lloyd’s ESG ambitions or other management information

**ESG Measurement and analytics**
- Support the production and communication of a Sustainability Transparency and Reporting regime which measures the market’s progress towards a net zero underwriting position by 2050.
- Work with key Corporation stakeholders, including Markets, to manage processes and embed the Sustainability Transparency and Reporting regime in their BAU processes where required

**Skills**
- Enhanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse, understand and explain complex requirements

**Knowledge**
- Broad perspective on the breadth of ESG and the opportunity it creates for Lloyd’s
- Extensive experience on data quality and data processes principles and best practice at a corporate level
- Knowledge of insurance principles and practices, ideally specific to the London/Lloyd’s market.
- Internal Audit, Compliance & Risk
- Good knowledge of Data Processing Regulations
- Data systems management
- Data reporting and analysis

**Experience**
- Data analysis and presentation
- Defining data standards and quality for compliance
- Continuous improvement of data quality through process and system change
- Design and development of reporting or dashboard solutions (preferably using data visualisation software e.g. Qlik Sense, Power Bi or Tableau)
- Experience of dealing with complex regulatory reporting
- Experience of multi-tasking with the ability to prioritise and organise workload in order to meet tight deadlines
