A flexible working pattern is just one of the attractions of a Community Engagement PWP within Talking Therapies.
We are looking for a qualified B5 PWP to join our friendly team. The role will specialise in establishing links and connections with culturally and ethnically diverse communities with the aim of offering tailored groups and workshops to help improve access to Berkshire IAPT service to our multi-cultural population.
We cover six localities across the county, all within about 40 minutes of our central hubs in Bracknell and Reading. The Community Engagement PWP role will focus on covering East Berkshire and you would be required to work across Bracknell, Maidenhead & Windsor and Slough.
**Currently our staff are working a hybrid model of office and home working. However, we can be flexible with where in the East your contractual base will be. As an organisation remote working is something we are continuously reviewing and considering for the longer term to support flexibility for our staff, however for this role you must be willing to office work and work in the community based on service need.**
We are an IAPT service that leads on innovation, which includes introducing Cultural and Ethnic Diverse (CED) leads both at Step 2 and Step 3 in the last year to ensure we are following the IAPT Black and Minority ethnic (BME) positive practice guide to support both clients and staff.
