Paint Prepper

The Best Connection Group Ltd are currently recruiting for experienced **Paint Preppers** to work for our client based in **Banbury, **an automotive paint production facility. **Immediate positions available **

**Shift patterns - Choose between**:

- Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:00
- Monday to Friday, 14:00 - 22:00

**Pay rates**:

- AM shift - Grade 1: £11.05 per hour, Grade 2: £11.50 per hour, Grade 3: £11.98 per hour
- PM shift - Grade 1: £11.98 per hour, Grade 2: £12.48 per hour, Grade 3: £13.27 per hour
- Plenty of overtime available, time and a half after 37.5 hours and on Saturdays at £15.63 per hour, and £20.84 on Sundays and Bank Holidays

During the interview, there will be a skills test and this will determine your rate of pay.

**Duties of a Paint Prepper include**:

- Removal of dirt from the surface and parts due for painting.
- Preparing Surfaces using hand tools to sand and use of DA
- Prep vehicles to a very high standard ensuring to ensure paint is applied properly.
- Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy

**Skills of a Paint Prepper include**:

- Good attention to detail
- Highly motivated
- Good communication skills
- Experience is essential

Positions are ongoing which may lead to permanent work following a successful trial period. Immediate starts are available.
