An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Care Scheduler to work in this family-run, care and support at home company. The role will be based at our Head Office in Broxburn**.**

**Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:45 - 5:00 PM with participation in the Out of Hours rota.**

Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced care scheduler to join our team. The role will be based at our Head Office in Broxburn. However, we provide care in the Falkirk, West Lothian, and South Lanarkshire areas so willingness to travel to all of these areas is essential.

**Duties**:
You will be responsible for co-ordinating care visits within the community on a day-to day basis.

You will liaise with care staff, compliance managers & service managers to ensure efficiency in delivering support.

You will be involved within the recruitment process and support new staff into their new role.

You will support with the management of absence and will be responsible for allocating care visits.

You will liaise closely with service managers and assist with growth within service delivery.

**Requirements**:
The role also involves liaising with Service Users and other professionals and participating in the out-of-hours on-call service, therefore you must be a driver with access to your own transport to be considered for this role.

Applicants should ideally have a good understanding of the Care at Home sector and suitable experience within this sector, with skills in rostering, IT, administration, and customer service.

The successful applicant will be an excellent communicator and a methodical worker able to ensure tasks are fully completed in a pressurised environment.

The successful applicant will work well as part of a team and be able to work on their own initiative.

Applicants must be flexible as the role will involve on-call duties outside of working hours.

Applicant must be happy to travel between our head office in Broxburn and our Coatbridge office.
