**The role**:
**Key duties include**:
Signing all visitors in and out. Receiving, recording and allocating incoming mail and deliveries. Collecting and recording outgoing mail. Receiving and processing all incoming telephone calls, quickly, courteously and efficiently. Arranging visits for professionals and family & friends, booking meeting rooms and arranging refreshments. Arranging unit and external transport. Monitoring fire, safety and security systems. Issuing keys and alarms fobs to relevant staff. Carry out photo-copying, and various other administrative duties.
Present a co-operative, professional and helpful image. Maintaining the reception area in a clean and tidy condition and observing all work practices to comply with the requirements of Health & Safety at work legislation.
