Amazon Shipping offers Amazon’s delivery capabilities as a product and service. Amazon Shipping’s first customers are sellers in the EU, offering to ship their domestic volume using our delivery network.

Amazon Shipping is looking to hire an experienced program manager to join the Strategy & Integration team leading on the business and operations integration program for Amazon Shipping in EU. You will be a natural self-starter who is able to translate the long term vision for Amazon Shipping into a strategic and tactical integration plan for SWA and multiple middle and last mile EU Ops teams. This will require a true hands-on approach, solid stakeholder management skills, and excellent communication skills.

You will be part of the core team that will be building the Amazon Shipping Operations integration strategy and implementation plan across all EU. You will help design and shape the Amazon shipping product, engaging and influencing multiple Ops stakeholders to build a shipping service provider which our customers love.

You will have a true hands-on approach, understanding of operations, solid leadership skills and the ability to build and leverage relationships across a wide range of stakeholders As this position involves regular interaction with senior leadership (Directors, VPs), you need to be comfortable communicating robustly at that level whilst also working directly with various functional teams and team members at all levels of the organization across the Amazon business.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead efforts on the EU SWA business and operations integration 'big rock' for Amazon Shipping operations. Thought leader. Be the advocate and influencer of the business with partner teams and stakeholder.
- Improve key operational metrics by building new processes and partnerships with the Biz, Product and Ops teams.
- Support the launch of Amazon Shipping in new countries and new market segments both internal and external.
- Develop structural plans and routines to ensure all strategic and tactical programs are being delivered on schedule and to the standards expected.
