**Overview of Role**
As a key member of the brigade and working closely with our Head Chef you will have an attention to detail, ensuring all dishes are prepared to specification, and have experience of all stations with the ability to produce a range of starters, mains anddesserts.
You will have good interpersonal skills, communication skills and a sense of service and pride in your kitchen and food standards.
We will provide on going training and the opportunity for personal development and progression within the team.
**Key Duties**
- Assisting the Head Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes.
- Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes
- Assisting with the management of health and safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitoring portion and waste control
- Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards
- Delivery of Club functions and private parties
