**How the role will look**:
Working with Primary Schools across Greater Manchester to help give young people and their families the education they deserve by addressing the struggles the parent/carers have with school attendance.
To work with the pupil, their family, the school to create individualised attendance plans and provide support and interventions. We work in partnership with the schools to help increase attendance in a supportive and neutering manner, by conducting home visits, late calls, support advice and guidance.
You will maintain accurate records of communication as this maybe utilised by schools and the Local Authority to track the progression of school attendance.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
