Salary scale: £79,957 to £103,806 per annum depending on experience - 10 PA's

Hours: This post is a whole time (10 programmed activities)

Contract type: Substantive

The appointment of this new full-time NHS post is part of a substantial investment in the Neuroendocrine Tumour and Gastroenterology services in South Wales.

This new post will **not contribute to the acute general medical intake** but will provide out of hours emergency endoscopy and weekend cover for Gastroenterology and Hepatology inpatients as part of a rota with colleagues, and will also participate in a rota for inpatient care during weekdays.

Suitable applicants should be competent (JAG accredited or equivalent) in diagnostic gastroscopy and colonoscopy and have some experience in Neuroendocrine Tumours.

**Requirements**:

- Full GMC Registration with a licence to practise
- On Specialist Register for specialty / Specialty Registrar with CCT / CESR(CP) due within six months of interview date
- MRCP or equivalent
- JAG accreditation or equivalent in diagnostic upper and lower GI endoscopy
- Experience in managing patients with neuroendocrine tumours
