**The Slieve GP Surgery** is a group of family practice offices located in Birmingham. We are seeking a **Full-time receptionist **to join our team.

We are looking for a **Full-time receptionist** to manage our front desk and greet guests and call patients.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet patients and guests that enter the office
- Answer and direct phone calls as appropriate
- Schedule appointments and provide information about services
- Check patients in and out, collect payments, and verify insurance benefits
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing documents
- Assist with office operations as needed

**Desired Experience and Education**
- Previous experience in a medical office or other healthcare setting preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of medical terminology (e.g., ICD-10) is preferred but not required.
- Experience with EMR systems preferred but not required.
- Proven customer support skills.
- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Overtime
