Brook Street are currently recruiting for an Executive Officer to work for a government client based in Exeter.
This is a full time position working Monday-Friday 37 hours per week
Rate of pay is £12.90 per hour
This is a temporary assignment ongoing with a possibility of an extension
Hybrid working available and flexibility
Great support and guidance given within the role
Main duties include:
Resource and performance management of outbreak AOs, including weekend cover.
Daily resource planning, performance management, attendance management,
Regular 1:1s with staff and monitoring of staff wellbeing and development.
Providing regular delivery reports to APHA managers and escalating risks.
Skills and experience required:

- Strong team spirit with a can-do positive attitude
- Have attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
- Have good organisational skills including prioritising workload, working flexibility, under pressure and at pace
- Be self-motivated, working well as part of a team and individually
- Have an understanding of customer needs and be able to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences
- Have competent IT and data skills
