Develop and maintain detailed schedules for field teams, ensuring proper resource allocation for telecom projects.
- Coordinate workload distribution and ensure timely task completion.
- Collect, organize, and submit completed work documentation from field teams, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Manage synthetic subcontractor processes, including setting up work packages and tracking deliverables.
- Conduct thorough verification of work submissions, ensuring adherence to company and client standards.
- Collaborate with the finance team to prepare, verify, and submit invoices for completed work, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
- Act as the point of contact for coordinating project notices, preparing and distributing formal notices to relevant teams and external parties.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a back-office or administrative role, ideally within the telecom or technology sector.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, and external clients.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Knowledge of invoicing, billing, and verification processes is highly desirable.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and process improvement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a telecom or technology-related back-office role.
- Familiarity with scheduling software and resource planning tools.
- Understanding of synthetic subcontracting and project verification processes.
- Experience working with invoicing systems and financial tracking software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

- Telecom Project Management: 2 years (preferred)
