Ethicare are a specialist home care company, we provide care in the comfort of our service users own homes, by providing high quality care in the community.

We are now currently recruiting for Female Home Care Workers to join our growing team in Wakefield postcodes - **WF1, WF2, WF4, WF4 only.**

We require kind-hearted & caring individuals, who are committed to caring for vulnerable adults & children.

**Working shifts are**:

- 7am - 2pm (Breakfast & Lunch Calls).
- 4pm - 10.30pm shift (Tea & Bed Calls).
- We do ask for our Carers to be able to work alternate weekend, with a day off during the week to ensure good continuity of care to our service users.
- We are looking for care workers that can work both shifts Morning/Lunch & tea/Bed calls.

**Duties to be carried out as a Care Assistant**:

- Daily duties such as Washing & Dressing.
- Administering medication.
- Personal Care.
- Daily visits, morning, lunch, teas & beds.
- Laundry.
- Shopping calls.
- Social calls.
- Preparation and cooking of breakfast, lunch & dinner.
- Accompanying to doctors’, dentists & hospital appointments.

**Car Drivers preferred** **-**However, if you do not have your own car, we will endeavour to find local work for you, but you must be prepared to travel on public transport to your care calls.
