Supply Chain Administrator

Main Responsibilities:
- Processing all orders through the ERP system, from release through to delivery
- Updating and managing the production tracker ensuring good communication between sales and production
- Resource planning for external out workers
- Assist the external out workers with assembly and fulfillment including drops and picks
- Receive goods in and out including labeling, bookings, etc.
- Processing imports and exports in compliance with regulations and legislation
- Maintain all production records
- Sourcing components including raw materials
- Be hands-on in supporting any general office duties such as filing, sending out samples, receiving deliveries
- Ad hoc cover for holidays including other areas of the company
- Assist in other company projects as required
- Perform receptionist role, including answering the phone as required.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience working within a Supply Chain or Production Administration role is essential.
- Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel including good general IT skills is essential.
- Previous experience with inventory systems highly advantageous.
- Systems and process orientated with good attention to detail.
Additional Information:
- Please note this is a full-time, permanent position working Monday - Friday 09.00 - 5.30 pm.
- 23 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
- Team-based performance bonus (10% of salary)
- Quarterly, annual socials, and free lunch once a week.
