We are now registering Private carer's to work with our clients across, Paignton, Torquay or Brixham, you choose your own areas. You have time to visit your clients and give the best care and get paid well for the work you do

Be in charge of your own schedule with your clients, giving yourself time to travel from one client to the next. We do not pressure you in any way. You can work 10 hours up to 35 hours a week, it is your choice and the more availability and flexibility you have the more packages we can offer you, the more you can earn.

You have a large Network of support and full communication with our branch and teams at all times. You may be self employed but you are not alone.

Earn a minimum of £17 an hour or £14.00 for any 30 minute visits, enjoying the time you spend with your clients.

You are guided through registration right up to invoicing so you are never without support. The carers all work with each other and arrange between them, any time off required (holiday or sickness).

We ask that you choose which weekend days you are available and if you can work a couple bedtime visits? It is all choice for you.

We respect each and every one of our carers as they are hand picked and interviewed by Dana the Branch Manager. We know all of our carers and are amenable to every one. We have communication lines set up between you and support with any training that you require. We are here to keep you safe whilst working as a self employed carer/enabler.

Drivers are preferred as this gives you more opportunity to work in different areas and get many more shifts in your diaries.

If you have never been self employed, don't worry, as full support is given and our other carers already being self employed will advise you on any help needed. It gives you much more opportunity and freedom to have a work/ life balance.
