Gary Das have been a mortgage and insurance adviser since 2003, and MD of ACTIVE a 7 figure brokerage with a team of 18 (and growing) based throughout the UK.

Since March of 2019, I have trained, coached and mentored hundreds of advisers to generate leads, increase sales and maximise profit in their business.

This is a very exciting opportunity to use your knowledge to help other advisers improve and/or grow their business.

You will work on a variety of tasks to assist with the running of adviser business coaching programs, communication with students and developing relationships with our adviser clients.

**Responsible's**:

- maintain an in-depth understanding of the business in order to establish priorities and manage team expectations
- providing support, guidance and advice to the director and students
- coordinating freelancers e.g. podcast agencies, video editors, social media managers and others to keep the social media running smoothly
- managing client spreadsheets, active campaign database, membership platform, tracking marketing statics/results and coordinating data in excel
- engaging relationships with coaching clients and students on training programs
- conducting research on the internet to assist out training
- reviewing company / personal social media accounts to keep abreast of offers made by the director to clients; ensuring action is taken where necessary
- recording video content when required for social media and managing deadlines/ideas as shared by the marketing team
- organising tasks and tracking progress,
- put together financial information and chase payments where appropriate / as requested
- sourcing any items required by the director and negotiating prices
- assisting with the director's electronic diary
- booking meetings, phone calls, content marketing days, podcast interviews etc.
- relationship management with directors, MD, clients, speakers, advisers, staff etc.
- answering calls and handling queries,
- organising travel and preparing travel itineraries,
- planning, organising and managing events, for the director
- planning, organising and arranging events, for the businesses
- planning, organising and arranging office functions/events, for the businesses
- handle personal affairs: cards, dry cleaning, post, phone calls
- managing projects
- be a confidante and handle sensitive information confidentially
- Look at creative ways to support the business and the director
- The list of duties is not exhaustive, and flexibility is required in terms of what the PA may be required to undertake in order to deliver rounded support to the director.

**Other**
- A full driving licence is essential for this position

**Skills**
- Proven work experience as a mortgage administrator, personal assistant and in customer service
- Systems experience/tech-savvy (Active Campaign, Kajabi, Click Funnels, Podcasts, Socials media channels, Asana, Slack, Click up, Trello)
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage'

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
