**Responsibilities**:
- Assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Providing companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a warm and caring environment.
- Assisting with activities of daily living, including meal preparation and mobility assistance.
- Monitoring residents' health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure the highest quality of care for residents.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is advantageous but not required.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a genuine desire to help others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shift patterns, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and nights.
Shift Patterns:
- Morning Shift: 8:00 am - 2:00pm
- Afternoon Shift: 2:00 pm - 8:00pm
- Day Shift: 8:00 am - 8:00pm
- Night Shift: 8:00 pm - 8:00am
