I’m currently looking for an Interim CFO for a c. £25m t/o data-driven SaaS business.

They are market leading in the UK for a very specific solution responsible for the vast majority of their revenues, which has grown significantly YoY since inception.

In recent years however, revenue has exploded and the recent PE buyout will enable them to accelerate growth into the US market.

The challenge lies in the backdrop of the buyout, the growth trajectory and another recent acquisition.

With no prior PE investment, the business needs to pivot quickly to accommodate for continued growth. They have also just acquired a small business that needs rapidly integrating.

An Interim CFO will therefore create value by driving the integration, bringing the finance function up to speed with Private Equity ownership and act as a conduit between CEO/Board and the PE investors, enabling future growth.

For this assignment, prior PE experience is ideal. I can be flexible for those with excellent SaaS/IT services experience and strong US exposure. However, the gold would be CFOs with US Corporate experience who have pivoted into the UK PE market. The mostimportant factor is a proven CFO background, experience in extremely high-volume data businesses and someone who can turn their hand to both nuts-and-bolts workstreams and also strategic initiatives.
