**Public Area Cleaner**

We are currently in search of a Public Area Cleaner to join our Housekeeping team. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the presentation and comfort of our stunning house. We are looking for an individual with meticulous attention to detail, a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service, and a passion for contributing to an exceptional experience for our guests.

- Be proactive in ensuring room cleaning procedures meet and exceed expectations

**Main Responsabilities**:

- To take pride and be confident in cleaning and maintain all public areas, conference rooms and staff offices to the standards as set by the Head Housekeeper.
- To take ownership of keeping baskets and cupboards neat and presentable at all times and stocked to the correct standard.
- To complete tasks as delegated by the Head Housekeeper.
- To report any maintenance faults and deal with lost property.
- To be passionate in attending any necessary training sessions or meetings.
- To make sure that Company Policy, the Vision Statement and Departmental Objectives are followed and utilised at all times.
- To ensure that all appliances, fixtures and fittings are safe and work in accordance with Health Safety regulations and report any faults to the Head Housekeeper.
- All staff should be confident in understanding and executing the company's policies and procedures with respect to privacy, confidentiality and data protection.
- To be fully aware of the Hotel's Fire Safety Procedures and Health Safety regulations.
