**Job Title: CNC Turner - Programmer/Setter/Operator**

**Location: Liverpool**

**Pay Rate: £14 - £15.50 p/h negotiable**

Aspion are currently working on behalf of a Highley reputable precision engineering company based in Liverpool who are looking to add to their growing team.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving business who are growing busier and busier intheir given market.

Aspion are recruiting a CNC Turner - Programmer / Setter / Operator to join a busy production team. This company is offering Highley compatible rates compared to other businesses depending on your skill set.

**You will need to fully program, set and operate CNC lathes using Fanuc Controls and experience with machining of exotic metals would be required. - duplex, 718 x750 Monel, Hastelloy.**

A good understanding of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Systems and work form details drawings.

**Preferred experience but not essential requirements**:

- Doosan Lathes (8” to 30” Chuck sizes) (1 - 3.2m Lengths)
- Manual Guide Programming
- One CNC Programming Software
- C & Y axis programming / machining
- Programmable Steadies
- Valve and pump components
- Oil, Gas, Fluid and Power generation industry sectors
- Office 365 / ERP Systems
