**About the Opportunity**:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Technical Product Specialist based in Ardens Grafton, near Stratford-upon-Avon, Warks.
- NOTE: This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to work a minimum of 2 days per week in the office. Our unique offices are located about a 10-15-minute journey from either the Stratford-upon-Avon or Honeybourne Stations._

In this role, you will be expected to:

- Demonstrate a deep understanding of Transoft’s Aviation products to address technical inquiries from:

- Prospects, by helping them understand the advantages of these products and their added value to the prospect's business.
- Existing users, by ensuring that they use these products to their full potential and become loyal users.
- Understand customers' business processes, workflows, and technical requirements to recommend the most suitable products based on their requirements.
- Develop and deliver technical product demonstrations to customers and prospects, in support of lead generation activities.
Present the technical aspects of how the products solve specific customer problems. Own the demonstration script for the products.
- Organize workshops to exchange information with users and prospects about Transoft Solutions software and their implementation.
Assist in managing bids (RFIs, RFPs) from initial proposal through scoping, negotiation and contractual agreement.
- Act as the market and product/service expert during the sales cycle by bringing insights and product expertise.
- Gather feedback from users regarding the need for new features and products, to enhance Transoft's portfolio.
- Attending trade shows, conferences, and meetings to promote Transoft’s products
- Work collaboratively between teams, acting as the bridge between sales and services teams, marketing and the Aviation business unit.
- Be a key point of contact for clients and provide both pre
- and post-sales advice, providing a smooth onboarding process for new customers.

**About You**:

- You preferably have a bachelor's degree in aerospace, aeronautical or civil engineering, or another relevant engineering field.
- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in aeronautical engineering, airport operations, airport planning, air traffic management, navigation, fast or real-time simulation, or similar related field.
- You are a successful performer in a technical advisory or a consulting role.
- You have a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new specialist engineering software and technologies.
- Knowledge of AirTOP, or other fast-time simulation software is advantageous but not required.
- You have a strong technical aptitude, allowing you to effectively communicate product benefits to a diverse range of customers.
- You are a problem solver who enjoys explaining technical details in an understandable manner and who loves winning over your audience with your presentation skills.
- You have excellent communication skills: verbal, written and presentation.
- You have strong interpersonal and networking skills.
- You have an excellent command of English. Proficiency in other languages would be an asset.
- Must be able and willing to travel globally.
