Role Overview:
As a Street works Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing our street works operations, working closely with local authorities, and coordinating various activities to ensure the successful execution of our projects. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will be based at our office in Ormskirk, where you’ll be at the heart of our operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with local authorities to facilitate the process of raising and closing permits required for street works projects
- Conduct thorough line searches to identify potential obstacles and streamline project planning
- Oversee and implement effective traffic management plans to ensure safety and mínimal disruption during works
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of street works projects and compliance with all regulations and standards
- Monitor and report on the progress of ongoing street works activities, addressing any challenges that may arise promptly
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to street works projects, permits, and relevant communications

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role within the Telecoms sector is highly desirable
- Sound knowledge of street works processes, permits, and regulations is preferred
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for building positive working relationships
- Problem-solving mindset and the capacity to handle challenges with a proactive approach
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for project management and documentation

**Salary**:
The salary for this full-time position will be commensurate with experience and expertise.

**Salary**: £17,203.01-£37,423.81 per year
