**Salary **- £24,000 + per annum, dependant on experience

**Hours** - Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week with flexible, hybrid working - 2 days WFH/ 3 days in the office

**Holiday **- 23 days holiday, rising by 1 day per year up to a maximum of 28 days plus bank holidays.

We have an exciting opportunity for a **Marketing Assistant** in our **Northampton **office.

**Key responsibilities of a **Marketing Assistant** will include**:

- Assist in creating marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Produce and schedule posts on social media platforms, track engagement and report on performance
- Assist in producing, scheduling and monitoring communications, including newsletters, announcements and event invitations
- Help in planning and coordinating internal and external events such as webinars, client events and sponsorships
- General marketing administrative support including scheduling meetings, ordering print and merchandise, and monitoring the marketing inbox

**About you**
- 2:1 or above achieved in a relevant degree and/ or, 1-2 years in a Marketing related role
- strong written, verbal communication and proof reading skills
- confident using Microsoft packages - Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel
- experience with content management systems (e.g Word-Press) would be advantageous
- proficiency in social media platforms
- a proactive and organised self
- starter
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support multiple projects simultaneously
- knowledge of marketing analytic tools and proven experience of copywriting is desirable
