We are supporting a leading and friendly Facilities Services company based in central Winchester, in their search for a temporary Customer Service professional to join them ASAP to provide an excellent service to their customers and engineers.

This is a temporary 3 month position and there is a potential for a permanent position Working hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday and there is on-site free parking.

If you have outstanding communication skills, are proactive and a confident user of Microsoft office packages, we would love to hear from you

**Key duties include**:

- Liaising and providing feedback to customers on the progress of jobs outstanding
- Liaising with external contractors
- Relaying instructions to engineers and collating details of works in progress
- Updating and maintaining records and ensuring all required documents are completed on the in-house system
- Maintaining job processing categories
- Raising purchase orders
- Data entry
