We are working with Northland Controls and well-respected security integrator who specialise in IP CCTV and access control systems wo are looking for a junior service coordinator to work with clients throughout the UK and EMEA. The company have an impressiveportfolio of clients which is continually growing.
The Role:
- To provide excellent customer service and be the first line for service, receiving calls from clients throughout the UK and EMEA, working closely with the service team to establish what is needed to resolve the client query. This could be remote supportor arranging for an engineer to attend site and resolve the fault within their CCTV or access control system.
- Planning and organising, ensuring an engineer's visit has been managed to time and meeting service level agreements (SLAs)
- Accurately recording and logging information, ensuring it is easy to then manage and create reports
- Taking ownership and proactively managing enquiries in the service department
- Communicating and providing excellent customer service to the client and ensuring all parties are kept fully up to date on the status of their service ticket request.
- Assisting and managing UK Northland Service Technician's day to day work responsibilities, updating their calendars with all information to help support and resolve client service tickets
**Requirements**:
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent administration skills
- The desire to learn and develop in a role
