We are looking for good people to work within our company who offer our services to FedEx UK.

We have high standards, FedEx have high standards.

We want the best and you will be rewarded accordingly.

We offer two employment setups, PAYE or a Sub Contractor.

Both options offer great benefits, especially the Sub Contractor option.

The rewards are:
£94 minimum per day.

£30 per week Safe and Economical Driving Bonus, 95% of our drivers receive this weekly (calculated with the vehicles telematics).

Travel to Depot Allowance to assist with your travelling expenses.

Drop bonus when delivering over a base number.

PAYE drivers will receive 20 Days paid holiday plus 8 bank holidays.

Sub Contractors will receive a day’s bonus break for each complete month for loyal service.

Furthermore, for continued loyal service, we will pay you for the bank holidays.

The people who have the ambition to progress, we want that person.

We train everyone to a high standard, and we want the deliveries done the right way.

To be earning the additional drop bonuses, you’ll be needing to be delivering 70+ deliveries per day plus collections (targets vary on geography of the round/area covered.

References will be requested when an Interview is offered.

There is a great emphasis on Customer Service for the Receivers.

Travelling to the Depot is necessary as work vans aren't taken home.
