Our client provides Land and Measured Building Survey services to a diverse client base. Quality and professionalism are at the forefront throughout the company as is, understanding the needs of the clients and meeting those requirements to a high standardwhilst providing an exceptional service.

As part of their ongoing expansion programme, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional to join an established team.

**The Role**:
You will be working on a wide variety of land and measured building surveying projects including topographical surveys using the latest technology such as total stations, GPS and 3D scanners.

We are looking to hear from enthusiastic Surveyors who have experience completing land and/or measured building surveys and are keen to build on their existing knowledge and experience.

**Key Responsibilities & Competencies**:

- Complete topographical and boundary surveys to a high standard
- Carry out surveys in the field using GPS
- Complete a full measured building surveys with floor plans, elevations and sections, using a combination of traditional methods and 3D scanners to a high standard
- Competent in setting-out by co-ordinate
- Demonstrate a good working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Maintain vehicles and equipment to a high standard
- Consistently deliver high quality work on time and in budget

**Skills & Experience**:

- Current and relevant experience working as a Land and/or Measured Building Surveyor
- Experience using AutoCAD
- Ideally experience using N4ce software / Faro Scene processing software
- Competent using surveying equipment including total stations, GPS and 3D scanners
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
- Confident and clear communicator - both written and verbal
- The ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Professional manner with excellent client facing skills
- Have a full UK Driving Licence
- Right to work in the UK
