**About us.**

Pickled Pumpkin Catering are the venue management team at The Pavilion on The David Broome Event Centre.

We aim to inspire, provide and produce the best of local and beyond, we are passionate about our food, coffee and great customer service.

We are looking for hard working, punctual and committed individuals to join us for this years season

**The Job.**

To work as part of a small team selling and serving breakfast, coffee, lunch, dinner and snacks with exceptional customer service at all times set within The Pavilion.
- To offer excellent, efficient, customer service that is friendly and inviting.
- To keep the cafe and service area to the required standards and cleanliness
- To take orders, serve them to the customers and clear away.
- Operating the tills and cash handling
- Be fully trained on the coffee machine

We operate in the cafe between 7am and 10pm, with each week being a different event, so these can vary, so being flexible is a must.

We will sometimes have to increase, or decrease these hours due to different volumes of bookings for the events.

- Excellent communication both verbal and written
- Ability to work as part of a small team
- Confidence in dealing with members of the public face to face
- Fast thinking and the ability to react to changes in customer volume throughout the day
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Desire to 'go the extra mile' in serving the customer with an approachable and friendly manner

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £7.50-£11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
