The RAD Hotel Group is an independently family-owned group of eight hotels. Our award-winning venues have been serving up delicious food, stylish accommodation, luxury wedding venues and so much more for nearly 20 years.

Due to our ever expanding portfolio we now have a vacancy for a Junior Marketing & Graphic Design Assistant based at our Head Office in Cumnock East Ayrshire.

You will have great communication skills with a positive, helpful attitude, excellent attention to detail and written communication. You will have the ability to manage several tasks at one time, in a timely manner and be able to deal with colleagues and external contacts confidently.

This is a varied role with some travel to and from our hotels and other venues and as such you may be required to drive and have access to a car.

The role will involved supporting the Marketing Team and Graphic Designer.

**The ideal person will**:

- Educated within relevant field (Design/Sales and Marketing)
- Ability to work within the Adobe CC Suite. Especially Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects working to clear deadlines.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, organised with good time management.
- Great attention to detail, strong design knowledge.
- Good communication and written skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Understanding of all Social Media platforms.
- Interest in photography (not essential but desired)
- Full drivers’ license.
- Support the Marketing Team in daily administrative tasks
- Assist in Marketing and Advertising promotional activities (Social Media, Advertising and Website)
- Help with the planning and promotion of events
- Contribute ideas to the wider Marketing Team
- Dealing with Internal & External contacts
