**Salary/Benefits**: Salary is between £31,930 and £36,878 per annum DOE and Qualifications, Teacher’s pension, Retail and Leisure Discounts, excellent professional and personal development opportunities, accessing college courses.

**Contract Type**: Fixed Term - Full Time - Fixed until 03 July 2026
**About the role**:
We are currently seeking a Lecturer in Business to join our Business department at The Bedford College Group**.**
As a Lecturer, you play an important role in the success of our students through:
- **Teaching & Curriculum Delivery** - Plan, deliver, assess, and verify Business courses across various levels, tailoring content to meet individual student needs and awarding body standards.
- ** Student Support & Progress Monitoring** - Guide students to success through regular reviews, progress tracking, and timely interventions, while maintaining accurate records and communication.
- ** Curriculum Development & Industry Engagement** - Contribute to course innovation, develop vocational links, and stay current with industry trends to enhance learning experiences.
- ** Quality Assurance & Administration** - Participate in internal verification, course reviews, and quality processes, while completing all administrative tasks to required deadlines.
- ** College Engagement & Compliance** - Support marketing events, interviews, and trips, while upholding safeguarding, equality, health and safety, and engaging in ongoing professional development.
**About you**:
- ** Teaching Experience & Curriculum Knowledge** - Experienced in delivering and assessing Business programmes in FE, and T Levels, with strong knowledge of awarding bodies like BTEC, NCFE, Gateway, and City & Guilds.
- ** Inclusive & Student-Centred Approach** - Skilled in adapting teaching for diverse learners, promoting equality and diversity, and creating a welcoming, supportive learning environment.
- ** Professionalism & Team Contribution** - Demonstrates strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a commitment to team collaboration and upholding the College’s values.
