We’re looking for focused, driven individuals to join our **B2B telesales team**, generating qualified leads and appointments for our senior sales professionals. This is a performance-based role ideal for those who are **target-driven, enthusiastic, and want to build a long-term career in sales**.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Calling business contacts to introduce our services in a professional, engaging manner
- Booking qualified sales appointments or generating warm leads
- Logging all interactions in our CRM system (e.g. Salesforce)
- Following proven scripts and objection-handling frameworks
- Meeting individual and team-based KPIs
- Representing our brand with professionalism and accuracy

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Confident and articulate telephone manner
- Previous sales or telesales experience in a **B2B setting is highly desirable**:

- Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach
- A professional, resilient attitude with the ability to handle rejection
- Highly motivated by performance-based rewards
- Organised and comfortable using digital tools (e.g. CRM systems)
- Spanish language skills are a bonus, but not essential
