We have an exciting opportunity for a Substance Misuse Recovery Worker to join our Substance Misuse team at Gatwick IRC, a **immigration removal centre located in Gatwick.**

This position is full time, 37.5 hours per week and you’ll receive an annual salary up to £30,684 per annum - depending on experience.

**What you'll be doing**:
As a Substance Misuse Recovery Worker, your responsibilities will vary. You will
- You will be working with other members of the team that you are part of, assessing needs of patients and assessing risks accordingly. You will provide outstanding evidence based care to a case load of psychosocial patients seeking out, listening to and acting on their feedback so that care is personalised and informed by what matters to them.
- You will provide a programme of psychosocial interventions, along with information and advice on substance misuse related concerns.- Opportunities to become SMART recovery facilitator- If you are interested in **career development,** we have a wide range of opportunities for you to develop your skills and experience, which include both **internal and external options** for development and learning.
