HWL Windows Group, a Leeds-based manufacturer of windows and doors, is looking for an experienced Sales Support / Order Processor to add to its established team. Industry experience is beneficial, however a desire for learning and passion for making a difference will be recognised.

**Purpose of Role**:
**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Receive customer orders and translate these into technical specifications to enable accurate production to a high quality;
- High level of customer service;
- Liaison with internal departments including: Manufacturing, Transport and Stores.

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office packages;
- Strong administration skills;
- High level of attention to detail;
- Good telephone manner;
- Patience and tenacity;
- Exemplary communication skills;
- Strong time-management and prioritisation skills;
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£23,500.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
