After Sales Co-ordinator

Passenger Lift Solutions Ltd are a West Midlands based vehicle lift manufacturing company who have a new role for an Aftersales Co-Ordinator.
The role & responsibilities are:
- Manage phone and internet communication requirements for product warranty
- Validating warranty work (Around 10 - 50 jobs per week)
- Advise customer options where possible.
- Liasing with the various mobile aftersales companies to repair lifts and carry out warranty work.
- Check UK and industry prices to ensure we have the most cost-effective rates.
- Collect data to analyse performance opportunities.
- Work with Parts department to ensure correct parts are shipped out for scheduled repairs.
- Validate invoices from aftersales companies once work is complete.
- Going forward to have input in designing and building the e-commerce web based schedule and ordering system.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From £28,000.00 per year
